I use Win 98 and Office 2000, and do not have problem with displaying
the Pali characters. I am not sure what is the exact nature of your
problem. Have you try working with the fonts in MS Word? It would
also be good to know that there is a text file using Velthius
encoding for the 1000 words.

Quite a number of the words have a block character instead of a
letter.

I installed the font by using 'Install New Font' on the Font folder
menu.
