I would like to resume the working of D Series next week. The
frequency will be one post per day, Monday to Friday. As usual, I
will post my answers to the group for review and comments. Each day,
I will be working through 4-5 of the questions. When a chapter is
completed, all the answers will be updated, compiled and presented on
