first, I would like to extend a big welcome to everyone new on the
list.

I apologise for the fact that Tipitaka Network is down for more than
2 weeks, the longest outage we have ever experienced. For reasons of
operational effectiveness, Tipitaka Network outsources
internationally for hosting services. Our contract with the current
service provider ends in January 2005. However, the contractor seems
to have wound up the business without proper communication.

currently considering the various options available. I will bring the
