I like your enthusiasm.
It helps to make a list of romanized Pali and Thai characters, you get used
to it.
Another suggestion: you learn Pali in the application. Why not give here a
few sentences at a time of a sutta or Dhammapada verse, indicating what you
find difficult.
A nice way of reviewing for all. We learn by being actively engaged. There
is no question that is dumb. But context is needed when asking a question.
