Dear Junet and friends,
that is the problem with the current character code system. It
treats pali characters as non-standard symbols. But, that is correct
for a English-language character set. Things will change with the
Unicode system.
1. To get the entire word onto the next line, using the SHIFT-ENTER
combination.
2. Changing from VriRomanPali to other fonts may give you boxes or
other characters, depending on the designers of the fonts you use.
3. If you like Times fonts, you may try Times-Norman fonts.

Hope that helps.

I tried using the VriRomanPali font, but here's the strange thing.
The characters come out fine, but for some reason words at the end
of many of the lines are split into the next line. Very strange. And
now I can't change the font back to Times because boxes appear
instead.
