Yes, I do hope to publish it eventually but I could also send you a copy for
your private use. However, pls note the following:

A common confusion ! Waldschmidt's edition is the Sarvastivadin MPS, while
mine is the Mahayana MPS -- a completely different text with little obvious
connection to earlier MPSs. It teaches the eternal nature of the Tathagata,
the inherence of Buddha-nature / Tathagata-garbha in all beings, and the
existence of a true self. It is also highly significant for its
sociological information about the presumable state of Buddhism in India
around the C2nd CE or earlier, with its critiques of lax interpretations of
the Vinaya and also intriguing hints about the orgins of Mahayana.
