I'm not sure but I think it might be better like this:

Tva.m ratha.m vejjassa aaharasi.

When you put the Dative/Genitive immediately before ratha.m it sounds
like you're saying: You are bringing the doctor's chariot. But I'm no
syntax expert. Comments?
