citta'm na pagga.nhaati, I would rather instead of support: put forth
energy. The reader may wonder: what support. A remark, th Co to equanimity
glosses: the factor of enlightenment of equanimity.

N: The Thai has the same way of joining. Thai transl: kwaamne-non,
certainty. But I looked at niyaama: right way, way to liberation (PED has to
salvation), method, practice. Not to be confused with: niyama: restraint,
certainty. (Something fixed, such as dhamma niyama, fixed order of dhamma).
Thus here certitude can be replaced by right practice. So the Thai transl
would not be correct.

he is unconfident, unenthusiastic, and unwise. Another option: he lacks
confidence, determination and wisdom.
The Co glosses: kamma: anantariya kamma (heinous crimes), vipaka: born with
akusala vipaka or kusala ahetuka vipaka (as handicapped). And as to
defilements: fixed wrong view.

Maataa jiivitaa voropitaa: grammar is difficult, but your transl makes
sense. Perhaps the Pali experts can help here?

na sota'm odahati, na aññaa citta'm upa.t.thaapeti, anattha'm ga.nhaati,
attha'm riñcati, ananulomikaaya khantiyaa samannaagato hoti.
he does not lend ear, does not apply the mind to wisdom, he apprehends what
is not beneficial, he rejects what is beneficial, he is not endowed with
acquiescence in conformity.
Remark: Ven. Bodhi explains: anulomiyam khantiyam .thito: the stage in the
insight development where one can acceptthe basic truthsof his contemplation
without yet having fully apprehended them by mature wisdom. <Khanti here
signifies the acceptance of difficult to understand doctrines, rather than
patience in the ordinary sense.> Also the word dhammanijjhaanakkhanti is
used. Reflective acquiescence in the Dhamma.

2)aññaa citta'm = the thought of knowing (almost put "gnosis", but it is an
uncommon word)
3)ananulomikaaya khantiyaa = with a tolerance that is not in conformity
(almost put "a level of tolerance..." but I think this gets the point across
anyway - hope so)
