Venerable Bhante Yuttadhammo,
Welcome back. I hope you have recovered. I started to miss the regular sutta
reading, so I am glad now. Thank you very much.

N: I see the puzzle. vidha can also mean: kind or sort. Kinds of
superpowers.

Bh: 2) "pa.niitena" - please explain it to me, whether i've understood it
> correctly with "excellence".
N: pa.niitena, pa.tippassaddhiladdhena
pa.niitena: Co: samaadhi that is not burning, not impatient (may raw ron).
Excellent concentration.
santena, Co: by calm, by being removed from defilements that are ennemies.
pa.tippassaddhiladdhena: Co: samaadhi that has reached freedom from
defilements.
In the second part is no pe..pe.. here:
satte passissati cavamaane upapajjamaane hiine pa.niite suva.n.ne
dubba.n.ne, sugate duggate..
He will see beings deceasing and being reborn, beings low and excellent,
beautiful and ugly, wellfaring (going to a happy existence) and illfaring...
Another pe...pe at the end: cetovimutti'm .pe, here it should be:
cetovimutti'm paññaavimutti'm.
mind-emancipation, insight-emancipation.
With respect,
Nina.
