Tipitaka Network at http://www.tipitaka.net has been down for the
last four to five hours. All attempts to contact the technical
administrator has failed. So, I am not sure how serious the problem
is, and when the site would recover. I'd update everyone as soon as I
have more details.

Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
