"Dear Charley,
"The Lankavatara Sutra" is an important Mahayana text that is often
overlooked
by Buddhist students. Until recently, it was impossible to locate a
copy of this
text anywhere on the web. Unfortunately, when it did finally appear it
was in a
lamentable condition. The text we received was so riddled with
misspellings,
errors and omissions that we were forced to devote numerous hours to
its
restoration. The result of our work can be found in the BIONA library;
the
relevant chapter also appears at the beginning of each section of this
book for the
benefit of the student." .- (page 16 of the .pdf file ) BIONA Books
Dream World
A Commentary on The Lankavatara Sutra
By Stephen L. Klick and Charley Linden Thorp

These BIONA Books crooks have taken the merit of providing the
internet with a correct, error-free version of the Lankavatara Sutra,
but it's all a big fat lie. The fact is that it was my brother and I
who transcribed with our own hands the whole text as found in A
Buddhist Bible edited by Dwight Goddard. This version of the
Lankavatara Sutra is a version Goddard made out of D.T Suzuki's
complete translation of the Sutra. We did this for no other purpose
but to make this text freely available. When my brother and I had
finished typing the text up, we proof-read it, finding ABSOLUTELY NO
OMISSIONS and ONLY FEW HARMLESS MISSPELLINGS such as Mnid instead of
Mind or Consciosnss instead of Consciousness. These BIONA Books
crooks called Stephen L. Klick and Charley Linden Thorp now claim they
were forced to devote numerous hours in the restoration of the
Lankavatara Sutra my brother and I typed up, something which is a
complete lie and an act of dishonesty. They want to take credit for
things they have never done, they are not working for the sake of
making available important Buddhist literature, they work merely to
make a name for themselves it seems. My brother and I never typed this
text (nor any of the other texts we have typed and freely distributed
all over internet) for the sake of admiration, fame or anything else,
thus, we never add not even an e-mail address to any of the .pdf files
or .doc files we make after each text is done, we never add anything
to them that may lead people to know who was it that typed them.

The Lankavatara Sutra we typed first appeared on two major web-sites,
the ONLY two web-sites to which I personally sent the file to. From
these two websites it has now spread to many on-line collections of
Buddhist literature, all texts we have typed have been distributed in
the same way, we keep ourselves annonymous to avoid issues with
publishing houses and because there's no point in putting something to
a text like: "typed by John Doe". But it seems odd (although the
intention is quite obvious) when someone takes credit for the work
done by others who are not even interested in taking credit for the
work they have done.
Take notice of these BIONA Books people, they are dishonest and
obviously work inspired on future fame and praise of their work.
