The mind is difficult to restrain, swift, and clings
wherever it wishes
Good is the taming of it � a mind tamed is conducive
to happiness..

Sududdasa.m sunipu.na.m - yatthakaamanipaatina.m;
citta.m rakkhetha medhaavii - citta.m gutta.m
sukhaavaha.m.
The mind is difficult to grasp, subtle and clings
wherever it wishes
Let the wise person guard it - a mind guarded is
conducive to happiness.
