N: We have this difficulty more often in the D. N. It seems that the
sentences are translated too freely, or rearranged. I think it would help,
for the context, to see the preceding sentence and following one.
I think the *no* may not be a negation, but just emphatic, meaning: indeed.
And further on they talk about fulfillment, thus, anuppatto, as you have:
accomplished.

This is only a suggestion, I am not sure and like to be corrected:
This indeed, venerable Sir is the conversation that was interrupted and
unfinished; and then, the Blessed One is accomplished.
