N: A guess: the -ta could be denoting an abstract noun. True, the a is
short, but, it is in a compound and then it can be short. Then we can split
vi and ta. As to meanings it could be: And also for all beings, to be
endowed with merits is a blessing.
The vi: it can be an intensifier. Here we have to consult the Kayaaana. Or:
possessed of?
D: Also, what 'sabbama"ngala' means: all blessings, or blessings to all?
N: Here it could be: blessings for all.
Nina.
