Welcome to the group!
One excellent place I know about for online
certification in Buddhist Studies is the following
program offered through the University of Sunderland.

I have just started this program myself (since
September), and am planning to get my Masters in
Buddhist Studies. This takes 3 years, but one can get
a Certicate in one-year or diploma in two. Have a
look - I recommend it.
