Thank you for your quote from Duroiselle and explanations. I was glad to see
the examples. I thought first also of a locatice absolute, but then the noun
was missing. In my text I just have the word vutte, and then it is followed
by a sentence of what was said. Thus I rather think of: with regard to what
was said (locative), and it can be translated as : when he had said...
Actually, Warder, Ch 16, says the same as Duroiselle.
