bhikkhu (m.) monk.
kaaya (m.) body, in this case the word takes the implied meaning of
a collection or accumulation (of aggregates).
anupassati (v.) looks at, contemplates, observes.
kaaya+anupassii = contemplating body?
viharati (v.) dwells, lives.
