I have up to Vol III Fasc 6. This is dated 1999. I have been getting it by
way of a standing order through Harrassowitz. However, you could write
straight to Munskgaard (I think they do not have a website). The address
for their subscription service is:

If anybody knows of a later fascicule, please let me know, in case
Harrassowitz have let me down (unlikely since they ahv been very good in the
past)
