Dear Yong Peng,

I'm inclined to think that the resolution of the compound
'tappaccayaa' is tassa paccayaa which can be translated as: because of
this, on account of this, by reason of this. Notice that E.M. Hare
translates it as 'on account of this' at GS iv 85. But I don't think
'from/by that account' (tamhaa paccayaa) is necessarily wrong. It
would be a matter for you to decide what fits best in the sentence.
