I think that with a word like 'tappaccaya' the 'tap' (= pron. ta) can
be interpreted to be in any case, gender, or number depending on the
context. If its case is different from paccaya then it is likely to be
a tappurisa compound. Something similar is found with
'ta.msamu.t.thaana' (originating from this/that, also pl. etc).
