N: This is understandable. Satipatthana is exclusively the teaching of
Buddhas. Satipatthana is implied in all of the teachings, but not always
expressively mentioned. It is the way to understand the four noble Truths,
it leads to cessation of dukkha.
Take John 's text from the Dhp: "Sorrow arises from pleasure, as does fear.
For one who is freed from pleasure, there is no sorrow, and where is fear?"
This is all about the four noble Truths.

N: The Commentary to the Mahaaraahulovaadasutta pointed to the Elephant's
footprint sutta. I did a cross reference before and I will limit myself to
