Jaranadhammo could be the intended transliteration of Jara.nadhammo.
If the intended word was jara.na, then it means cumin.
Thus, Jara.nadhammo would mean Cumin-nature. So, it is not so bad
after all as cumin is very important aromatic spice.
There you have it, Mr Cuminnature!:)
