actually both express the same meaning and the
translation he who attends to the sick attends to me
are correct meaning however sometimes it is good to
just practise and translations could hardly be perfect
I myself find Thinisaro Bhikkhu translations sometimes
not very good Ven Bhikkhu Bodhi or Nyanasatta thera
ones are better
