I add some more about nama and how sometimes it includes vinanna and
sometimes not.
In the Paramattha-manjusa (744) -see note 1 of Visudhhi. XV111
It notes that in the Paticcasamuppada nama does not include vinanna.

However, it also explains that in the section on Ditthi-visuddhi-
niddesa (purification of view), which says (XV111 2)
"tattha naamaruupanam yathavadassanam ditthivisuddhi naama"
(purification of view is the correct seeing of mentality and
materiality)
"That mentality (naama) should be taken here as the FOUR aggregates
beginning with vedana and NOT omitting consciousness."PM744
