Dear Dimitry & Pali friends,

It's a great idea to include the CSCD references. However, the two
references (PTS & CSCD) should have different signification. Proposal:

PTS ref. use bold square brackets (the standard), like [123], sorry Outlook
Express is unable to bold it seems.

CSCD ref. I propose use angle brackets like <123> (do not bold as it would
be confusing too many highlights).
--perhaps someone could propose a better signification, because I think this
angle bracket is also used in the CSCD itself for the Burmese edition (?)
