It does seem to me that it has many Pali words,
e.g., Namo, Karu.niko.
Many of them appears corrupted,
e.g., Sapasatanang (Sabbasattaana.m), Wantami (Vandaami), Bantito (Pa.n.dito)
I can't make out many of them (probably because I don't know enough Pali),
e.g., Gomalapato, Sumethasso Arokha, Pininsiang, etc.
