thanks for using the pdf version, please help distribute it to
friends.
However, the online version is the one that will be constantly
expanded, revised and updated with inputs from the group. I will only
udpate the pdf version once in a while because updating a pdf file is
like redoing it over again (to me as I have little knowledge with
Acrobat for now).
