So, I thought I could try give an answer.

The first line looks like a corrupted form of the well known words of salutation to the Buddha. A more standard rendering is this:
Namo tassa bhagavato arahato sammaasambuddhassa.
It means:
Homage to the blessed one, the worthy one, the perfectly self-enlightened one.

For the second line, I'm not sure about the first bit: Buddha Ma Aa U. As for the rest of it, it's probably: Namo Buddhaaya, which means "Homage for the Buddha".

The whole third line is somewhat unrecognizable to me. Perhaps someone else could "decipher" it.
