Hi,

I come across several articles, books etc. mentioning the
phrase "sabbe dhammaa aniccaa". Several reference have been given for
it. I am hoping that someone could help to verify it.

1. Samyutta Nikaya I. 4

I am not sure but I believe this is Accentisutta.m. I can't find the
phrase in this sutta.

2. Samyutta Nikaya III. 132

According to PTS Dictionary undere the entry for Dhamma:

"Â….Freq. in formula sabbe dhamma anicca (+dukkha anatta: see
nicca) "the whole of the visible world, all phenomena are evanescent
etc." S III.132 sq. & passimÂ….."

I believe S. III. 132 is Channa Sutta. But the phrase actually
says "Sabbe sa"nkhaaraa aniccaa; sabbe dhammaa anattaa"ti" according
to an online version of that Sutta.

3. Anguttara Nikaya, Book III, Chapter 137

If such phrase does occur in the Pali Tipitaka, where else?

Thanks,
Rahula
