Dear Robert and Lennart

I guess it depends on the definition of the word "pali" - if you define Pali
as the muulabhaasaa then whatever language evolves must be pali - but just
not Pali as we know it (to borrow a useful phrase)

Two quick questions for Robert, though: what are the textual sources for
this cyclic big-bang cosmology (apart from modern physics of course)? and
your reference to Lord Buddha raises the question of where the other Buddhas
fit into this picture.
