The full title is "History of Indian Buddhism from the Origins to the 'Saka
Era".

The reference I have for the Japanese title of volume I is "Indo
Bukkyóshi", pub. by Shunjúsha, Tokyo 1974.

As far as I know the second volume has not yet been translated.

Sorry to be so slow with the grammar notes. When I set about translating
them from Thai to English I ran into problems because I had forgotten the
correct English terms to be used when talking about syntax. I am presently
reading Onions' "Advanced English Syntax" to refresh my memory.
