Not quite. In Russian which is also rich in particles, there is a very
similar word 'razve'.

Is it really?
Indeed?
I wonder whether it is so.

From the above examples you see that there are some ways to convey
this questioning attitude. Yet they partly lose the sense of original
succinct wondering particle.
