Dear Jampa Tashi,

The person you inquire about is simply an unfortunate, not to be
taken seriously or bothered with. He and his colleague Ardent
Hollingsworth (aka aehollingus, aka Zenmar, and other variants)
have annointed themselves as missionaries with their stated
goal being the destruction of all "sectarian" Buddhism. They do
a fairly adequate job of ruining every public Buddhist
forum they enter on the internet through their incessant
distractions and their obscenities.

The person who calls himself "Ancientbuddhism" is also known
as "Shakya Arayanatta", "ScriptureAuthor" and "Sukha". He
claims to be a Dr. of Buddhology and yet will not disclose where
he got this degree. As you have learned, he is emotionally very
unstable. Unfortunately, the only person who could possibly help
him, Ardent Hollingsworth (aeholling), is also the person who
"uses" him and encourages him to act out.

They will --eventually-- run themselves, their anger and their
crypto-Vedantist, substantialist philosophies out of steam.

The internet has opened many marvelous doors open for
studying Buddhism. It is also bound to show us the other side of
that coin.

All the best to you,

-Osel Dorje,
an American layperson
