I have put up the first lesson for PAL. It is not yet completed but
it reflects the material of Pali Primer Lesson 1. I have also changed
the site address to a shorter one: http://www.tipitaka.net/pal/

At the same time, I have included an online dictionary so that
newcomers can work through PAL with a suitable dictionary by the side.

Please read through the contents and provide me your feedback.
