Dear Dimitry,
My understanding is this:
In saying that "He grows... disenchanted with ideas...", it does not mean that ideas do longer arise. Rather they do continue to arise, but he sees it with disenchantment; he no longer clings to it; he doesn't not see it as "I" or "mine", but as mere passing things "dhamma".
