I checked again and this is what I found.

".....that anything is not suitable to settle..."

But I still fail to find this reference in the sutta:

Then, the Buddha emphasized this point by saying that whoever had
heard this core phrase had heard all of Buddhism; whoever had put this into practice had practiced all of Buddhism; and whoever had received the fruits of practicing it had received all the fruits of Buddhism." ["Heartwood of the Bodhi Tree" by Buddhadasa
