i certainly hope not.
i hvn't the time to read the all the 33 Pali messages.
i hope as i open one message after another, i will come across a message
that will help me to progress further in Pali
or meditation.
e.g. has another experienced 'violent' jerk in the midst of meditation &
does anyone know why it happens & how to handle it? tx
