Whoops. I forgot Üü and Yy above, but not below.

Those of who are not Turkish will probably happily use 'gh'
for 'ð'; 'sh', 'š' (s hacek) or '$' for 'þ'; and 'I' for 'ý',
scratching our heads if we have to deal with capital 'ý' or 'i'.
