My questions are three:

1) Why do we see a re-emergence of Latin if its considered a "dead"
language.

2) Is Basque really an islolated language when there are so many
speakers?

3) Did Sumerian ever exist?

The answers to 1 & 2 were reasonable so I thus assumbed so also was
the reply to #3.
