Exactly.  Presently we have no evidence of what was spoken Proto-World.  We aren't even certain that indeed "anything" was spoken.  This becomes purely conjecture.  Yet, when the final archaeology of the world is assimilated, I doubt if we'll know more than we do at present.  At this instance in time, I can't even "imagine" what new science would help us to retrace the past.  Perhaps I'm wrong.
