The home page suggests that this is a list for "Discussing matters of
reconstructing the Nostratic Proto-language and the historical
languages of the Nostratic macrofamily."
So long as languages are spoken by real people, who used real
cultures, I will consider genetic and archaeological evidence
admissable as a suppliment to linguistics.
