I see no point trying to reconstruct further back than Nostratic.
There would have been a Proto-World language, being the language of
the first tribe of Homo sapiens to arise in Africa, but by now any
resemblances between descendant languages caused by the relationship
would be lost under the shotfall of accidental resemblances.
