Glennie, I'm so pleased that you aren't promoting
an Etruscan-Ukranian connection. Do we continue locating Etruscan in
Italy? That appears to be as good a place as any.
About those hundreds of words -- hate to tell you,
but hundreds still doesn't constitute a language.

Gerry, you are one confused little puppy. I supplied
the
Etruscan-Ukrainian link in order to demonstrate similar
problematic
examples of views like your own belief in an
Etruscan-HurroUrartian
connection. To even fathom that
Etruscan is most closely related to
Ukrainian would require
complicated brain surgery and heavy, long-term drug
abuse on
the part of an obsessively analytical person like
myself.

If you only
know "a few" words of Etruscans, it only capitalizes
your poor research on
the subject. There are hundreds of lexical
and morphemic items translated
already. To the library!
