I don't do PowerPoint. I'm an Adobe Photoshop bunny and make
pretty linguistic maps, thanks to the blessed German
webdeveloping cartographers behind the free site at

Perhaps you're thinking of good ol' John Croft who does
partake of PowerPoint. We seem to agree on many things although
when we disagree we disagree. At any rate, Bomhard presents the
Nostratic interrelationships in the same way, as you will find
out. I believe that these relationships between Eskimo-Aleut,
Uralic-Yukaghir and CK are generally accepted by Nostraticists.
Gone are the days of Indo-Semitic comparisons. Some matters
concerning the exact placement of Sumerian, Kartvelian and
ElamoDravidian within the family tree, however, are still to be
satisfactorily worked out.
