I wish I was an expert on
non-commercial webpage hosting. I use GeoCities for my homepage (which I am in
the process of reorganizing); I know Chris Gwinn and Patrick Ryan have their
pages there too. Except you can't put your own name in the domain section of the
URL; you have to use slashes and folder names and numbers and
what-not.
Yahoo! runs GeoCities now,
so there's a lot of that internet oligarchism going on. (Or as we call it down
South, "Walmartization".)

Easter/Pesach everybody (please remind me when Orthodox Easter comes
