I think we may have skipped a couple of lines between last week and this week, so I went ahead and included them just to get more humility that comes from trying to translate Old Icelandic. :)

En ef nokkurir menn fara eftir þér, lát þá skóginn hlífa þér.
And if some men go after you, then let the forest shelter you.

Far síðan á minn fund og svo skal eg til sjá að þig skal eigi saka."
Go then to meet me, and I shall so see to (it) that you shall not come to harm."

En með því að Spá-Gils var ómegðarmaður og mjög féþurfi þá tók hann við flugu þessi og fór utan undir túngarðinn að Úlfarsfelli.
And because Spa-Gils was in a state of not being able to maintain himself and much in need of money, he then took the bait and want out beyond the fence of the enclosure to Ulfar's-fell.

Sá hann þá að Úlfar gekk neðan frá Bólstað og hafði skjöld góðan er Arnkell hafði gefið honum og sverð búið.
He then saw that Ulfar went down from Bolstad and had the good shield which Arnkell had given him and the inlaid sword.

Og er þeir fundust beiddist Spá-Gils að sjá sverðið.
And when they met, Spa-Gils asked to see the sword.

Hann hældi Úlfari mjög og kvað hann vera göfgan mann er hann þótti þess verður að þiggja hinar sæmilegustu gjafir af höfðingjum.
He praised Ulfar much and said he is an honorable man whom he thought that deserving to receive the most honorable gifts from the leader.

Úlfar vatt við skegginu og seldi honum sverðið og skjöldinn.
Ulfar (at this point had) wound by the forest and handed him the sword and the shield.

Gils brá þegar sverðinu og lagði í gegnum Úlfar.
Gils at once drew the sword and

Eftir það hljóp hann út með Úlfarsfelli til Krákuness.
After that he ran out through Ulfar's-fell to Krakuness.

Arnkell var úti staddur.
Arnkell was present outside.

Hann sá hvar maður hljóp og hafði skjöld og þóttist kenna skjöldinn.
He saw where a man ran and had a shield and thought to recognize the shield.

Kom honum í hug að Úlfar mundi eigi hafa skjöldinn látið sjálfráður.
It came to him that Ulfar would not have had given up the shield of his own accord.

Kvaddi Arnkell þá menn til að fara eftir manninum "en með því," segir hann, "að hér hafa komið fram ráð föður míns og hafi þessi maður veitt Úlfari bana, þá skuluð þér þegar drepa hann hver sem hann er og látið hann eigi koma mér í augsýn."
Arnekll then told men to go after the man "and in case that/because," he says, "that has come here from my father's wedding and this man has given Ulfar's death, then you should at once kill him where he is and not let him appear (any)more before us." (similar to Z. augsýn - koma í -sýn e-m, to appear before him)

Þá gekk Arnkell upp til Úlfarsfells.
Then Arnkell went up to Ulfar's-fell.

Fundu þeir þar Úlfar dauðan.
They found Ulfar dead there.

Þórólfur bægifótur sá að Spá-Gils hljóp út með Úlfarsfelli og hafði skjöld.
Thorolfr the lamefoot saw that Spa-Gils ran out through Ulfar's-fell and had a shield.

Þóttist hann þá vita hversu farið hafði með þeim Úlfari.
It then seemed to him to know how (Spa-Gils) had gone with them, Ulfar (and others).

Þá mælti hann við þrælinn er honum fylgdi: "Nú skaltu fara inn á Kársstaði og segja Þorbrandssonum að þeir fari til Úlfarsfells og láti nú eigi ræna sig leysingjaarfinum sem fyrr því að nú er Úlfar drepinn."
Then he said to the thrall who accompanied him: "You shall now go in to Kar's-stad and tell the sons of Thorbrand that they go to Ulfar's-fell and cause now to not deprive oneself of an inheritance of a free man as before because now Ulfar is killed."

Eftir það reið Þórólfur heim og þóttist nú hafa vel sýslað.
After that Thorolfr rode home and was now thought to have done well.

En þeir er eftir Spá-Gilsi hljópu fengu tekið hann út við klif er upp ríður úr fjörunni.
And they who ran after Spa-Gils took hold of him out by a cliff which rises up from the beach.

Fengu þeir þá af honum sannar sögur.
Then they got from him a true story.

Og er hann hafði sagt allt sem farið hafði tóku þeir hann af lífi og kösuðu hann þar við klifið en þeir tóku gripina og færðu Arnkatli.
And when he had told all as (he) had done, they put an end to his life and buried him there by the cliff, and they took the costly item and brought (it) to Arnkatl.

Þræll Þórólfs kom á Kársstaði og sagði Þorbrandssonum orðsending Þórólfs.
Thorolf's thrall came to Kar's-stad and told the sons of Thorgrand Thorolf's message.

Þá fóru þeir út til Úlfarsfells og er þeir komu þar var Arnkell þar fyrir og mart manna með honum.
They then went out to Ulfar's-fell and when they came there, Arnkell was there ahead and many a man with him.

Þá veittu Þorbrandssynir tilkall um fé það er Úlfar hafði átt en Arnkell leiddi fram vottasögu þeirra er við voru handsal þeirra Úlfars og kvaðst það halda mundu því að hann kvað þar eigi ósáttir á hafa gengið að lögum, bað þá eigi ákall veita um fé þetta því að hann kvaðst halda mundu sem föðurarfi sínum.
Then Thorbrand's sons granted a claim concerning the money which Ulfar had had when Arnkell led forward witnesses, those who were with their, Ulfar's (and others'), pledge and stated for himself that would hold because he said there disagreement had not departed from the law, asked then to not know a claim concern this money because he said for himself (that he) would hold as his inheritance from his father.

Sáu Þorbrandssynir þá sinn kost að hverfa frá.
Thorbrand's sons then saw their choice to turn away from.

Fóru þeir þá enn út til Helgafells og sögðu Snorra goða hvar þá var komið og báðu hann liðveislu
Then they went yet out to Helgafell and told chieftain Snorri where they had come and asked him for support.
