The Laxdæla and Kjalnesinga threads are the only current
regular activity. Have you looked at the lessons in the
Files section? They'll give you a start. At
<http://lexicon.ff.cuni.cz/tmp/oi_gordon_taylor_corpus.html>
you'll find the reading selections from _An Introduction to
Old Norse_ by E.V. Gordon and A.R. Taylor, second edition
(Oxford University Press, 1956); they're a pretty standard
starting point. Because the book itself is still under
copyright, they include only the readings, not the notes.
However, some supplementary notes by Anatoly Liberman are
available at
<http://www.gsd.umn.edu/assets/pdf/SupplementaryNotestotheProseTextsinGordon.pdf>.

The _A New Introduction to Old Norse_, published by the
Viking Society for Northern Research, comprises a very nice
grammar by Michael Barnes, a reader, and a glossary keyed to
the reader; all three books are available as free downloads
at <http://vsnrweb-publications.org.uk/>. (Search for
'introduction'.)
