That's actually <Þjóstólfs saga hamrama>; <Þjóstólfi> is the
dative, the nominative being <Þjóstólfr>.

According to
<http://handrit.is/is/manuscript/view/KBAdd04-0376> the
author is Þorleifur Arason Adeldahl, who was born in 1749,
the manuscript is in his hand, and it was written at
Copenhagen between 1772 and 1777.
