The Finnur Jónsson edition of Hauksbók (København, 1892-6)
is available as a PDF at
<http://www.septentrionalia.net/etexts/index.php>. (Be
warned: it's not normalized, though scribal contractions
have been expanded.) A normalized version of 'Eiríks saga
rauða' that appears to be based on the Hauksbók version is
at
<http://www.heimskringla.no/wiki/Eir%C3%ADks_saga_rau%C3%B0a>.

Can't help with Skálholtsbók, I'm afraid.
