(I have more than these, also about other germanic languages, and also proto germanic, they are mainly in german and english).

Brøndum Nielsen - gammeldansk grammatik I - VII (a danish work which comes in 8 volumes. It is the most detailed book about old norse i know. It describes the development from indo-european to middle danish. And it always compares with old swedish and vestnorse.)

Altschwedische Grammatik, mit Einschluss der Altgutnischen (Is a german work of old swedish, comes in a single book)

Erik Harding - Urnordisk grammatik (Swedish work which describes the phonetic part of proto norse, and comes with a reconstructed version of Atlakviða, a pretty long poem in proto norse)

Frumnorræn málfræði / Grammatik der urnordischen Runeninschriften (Icelandic / German work which describes the phonetic part of proto norse and give a fair description of proto norse grammar)

Johs. Lollesgaard - Syntaktiske studier over det ældste danske skriftsprog før ca. 1300 (Danish work about synax of old danish, and it talks a little bit about proto norse syntax)
